Dianne Ingram

Dianne is an eclectic artist from the far North Coast of NSW. She studied representational art for many years at Lismore Tafe College, before following her instinct to explore new boundaries in abstract and contemporary art. Artist Roland Weight awakened the abstract artist in Dianne, and gave her the compositional grounding that is still present in her work today. Dianne travelled to America to study with Maxine Masterfield and returned to Tafe to study under Michael John Taylor. Dianne has been selected as a finalist in many major art prizes including the 2025 Paddington Art Prize for East of the Divide, now on view at Thom Gallery. She was also awarded the Highly Commended honour and the Rathenart Printing Award.
